About NDHS
Trusted NDIS provider supporting people across Australia. National Disability Healthcare Support (NDHS) provides personalised disability support that helps people live with dignity, choice, safety and independence.
At NDHS, we believe care should fit the person, not the system. Our approach is built around understanding each participant's goals, circumstances, strengths, and support needs. Whether someone requires Supported Independent Living, psychosocial disability support, Allied Health, Specialist Disability Accommodation, daily living support, or community participation, our focus remains the same: to help people feel seen, respected, safe, and included.
NDHS supports people with disability, families, carers, and support networks across Australia, with a strong presence across Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
Our Mission
We are here to make lives better.
NDHS delivers personalised care that empowers people and strengthens families. We believe every person deserves dignity, choice, and the opportunity to live well, whatever their circumstances. Our mission is to provide support that is practical, compassionate, and tailored to the individual, helping each person build confidence, independence, and quality of life.

Our Vision
NDHS aims to lead the future of NDIS and Aged Care across Australia.
Our vision is to raise the standard of care by setting new benchmarks in quality, compassion, and innovation. We believe meaningful change happens one person at a time, one step at a time. Through person-centred support, skilled teams, and a commitment to continuous improvement, NDHS is working to create better outcomes for participants, families, and communities.
Our Story

NDHS was created from a genuine desire to make a difference in the disability support sector.
Through personal experience, industry insight, and involvement in the Australian disability landscape, we saw the challenges faced by people with disability, families, carers, and support networks. We also saw the difference that quality support can make when it is delivered with care, clarity, and consistency.
Over time, NDHS has developed strong experience in Supported Independent Living and psychosocial disability support. These services remain central to who we are and how we support participants with complex needs, mental health-related disability, and daily living goals.
As our services have grown, so has our commitment to providing broader NDIS supports, including Allied Health, support workers, Specialist Disability Accommodation, high intensity daily personal activities, accommodation and tenancy assistance, community participation, early intervention, and daily living support.
Our work is not about ticking boxes. It is about making a real and lasting difference in people's lives.
The MeWe Way
At NDHS, we believe in the strength of the team and the power of the individual.
The MeWe Way means every person plays an important part. Each team member brings something valuable, and when we work together, we create better outcomes for the people we support.
Our culture is built on the belief that:
- Everyone plays a part
- We support each other
- Excellence is the baseline
- Small details matter
- Every voice counts
- Good ideas can come from anyone
- When our people thrive, our services improve
This approach shapes how we work with participants, families, staff, support coordinators, and care teams. We believe the best support happens when people communicate clearly, work together, and stay focused on what matters most to the participant.
Our Core Values
