Welcome to National Disability & Home Services (NDHS). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and NDIS support services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
About Our Services
NDHS is a registered NDIS provider offering disability support services including:
- Supported Independent Living (SIL)
- Psychosocial Support
- Community participation and social activities
- Daily living support and personal care
- Respite care services
Service Agreement
Before receiving NDIS services, you will be required to sign a Service Agreement that outlines:
- The specific services we will provide
- How services will be delivered
- Pricing and payment terms
- Your rights and responsibilities
- Our rights and responsibilities
- How to change or end the agreement
- Complaint and feedback processes
The Service Agreement forms a separate contract and takes precedence over these general Terms for the provision of NDIS services.
Your Responsibilities
As a participant or website user, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Treat our staff with respect and dignity
- Notify us of changes to your NDIS plan or contact details
- Provide reasonable notice for appointment cancellations (minimum 24 hours)
- Maintain a safe environment for service delivery
- Use our website and services lawfully and appropriately
Our Responsibilities
We commit to:
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred support services
- Respecting your dignity, privacy, and choices
- Employing qualified and trained support workers
- Maintaining appropriate insurance coverage
- Complying with the NDIS Code of Conduct
- Providing clear information about our services and pricing
- Responding to complaints and feedback promptly
Cancellations and Changes
We understand that circumstances change. Please note:
- 24+ hours notice: No cancellation fee applies
- Less than 24 hours notice: May incur charges as per NDIS Pricing Arrangements
- No-shows: May be charged at 100% of the scheduled service
We will always work with you to reschedule services where possible.
Website Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Transmit any viruses or malicious code
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
- Submit false or misleading information
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is owned by NDHS or our licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NDHS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
