What is Specialist Disability Accommodation?
SDA is purpose-built or modified housing for participants with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs. Homes are designed to be accessible, safe and comfortable, with the right features for the person living there.
NDHS supports participants in Victoria and Melbourne to find suitable SDA, understand their funding, and pair the home with the right SIL or in-home supports.
